Sales Integrity recognizes three primary reasons why a sales professional would struggle to achieve their goals:

Sales Integrity also recognizes that sales coaching is a more effective way to help sales professionals produce real results compared to traditional sales management practices. A recent study of 2000 salespeople by the Sales Executive Council showed that salespeople who receive 3+ hours of sales coaching per month, on average, achieve 107% of quota, compared to 82% of quota for those who don't receive sales coaching.

That is a huge difference between job security and employment risk, high sales employee turnover and high sales employee retention, sales management effectiveness and sales management ineffectiveness, and a huge sum of money both for the salesperson and company in terms of income.

                

Sales Integrity has custom-developed the Sales Coaching Framework to provide sales managers a systematic methodology to deliver effective sales coaching to their salespeople. This framework features a coaching model known as QUEST, which stands for Question, Understand, Explore, Summarize and Teach. We have pre-built and custom-developed QUEST templates with questions tailored to address common sales challenges and issues. The Sales Coaching Framework, combined with the implementation and use of the Sales Achievement Toolkit, improves sales coaching execution and sales management effectiveness while simultaneously optimizing sales performance and results.
