Overview
Mr. Sean Piket has over 18 years of experience in sales, sales management, entrepreneurship and business operations primarily at emerging-growth IT services firms ranging from start-ups to mid-market national systems integrators prior to launching Sales Integrity in 2004. Mr. Piket’s primary areas of expertise include creating, building and improving sales operations and improving individual selling effectiveness, efficiency and productivity through the implementation and delivery of sales coaching, sales consulting and sales outsourcing services and solutions.
Experience
Sean has authored and custom-developed several sales-related methodologies including the Sales Operations Framework™, which is comprised of three other methodologies he created: Sales Achievement Toolkit™, Sales Coaching Framework™ and Sales Management Framework™. Sean is also the founder of a Virtual Sales Coaching solution and online community, SalesCoachingLive.com, a division of Sales Integrity. Education and Service
Sean is the current Chairman, and immediate past President, of the Dallas affiliate of Sales & Marketing Executives International (www.smei.org), the world’s largest association of sales and marketing management professionals. Sean also co-founded and sits on the Board of several industry-niche Associations, including the BizTech Roundtable, DFW IT Roundtable and Chicago IT Roundtable. Sean regularly is requested to speak for Associations, Chambers, Networking Groups and various Company Sales Meetings on the topics of Sales Effectiveness, Sales Enablement, Sales Operational Efficiency, Sales Management, Sales Coaching and Business Development in the Digital Age. Sean has also authored a white paper titled “Building & Leading Successful Sales Teams”. Sean volunteers his time as a coach/mentor to Pi Sigma Epsilon, a national professional organization in sales, marketing, and management for college students. Sean graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Illinois University with a B.A. in Communications.
Out of the Office
Sean is a former collegiate football player who enjoys regularly working out and is a fan of college and professional football, basketball and baseball. Sean is an avid reader of books on the topics of entrepreneurship, leadership, personal development, psychology, social technologies, and sales & marketing. Sean is a Parrothead (a.k.a. Jimmy Buffet fan) and has attended 13 years of Jimmy Buffet concerts in five different venues across four different states. Sean and his wife, Donna, make their home in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas with their cat, Mila, and two yellow lab dogs, Jake & Trinity. Donna is the Founder of a recently launched startup business, Healthy On The Go, in Dallas, Texas.
