Sales Organization Assessment
This engagement evaluates the three primary components of the sales organization: People, Process and Automation. Sales Integrity will conduct an audit of the existing sales organization through surveys and interviews of key people, analysis of current sales and sales management processes, and evaluation of all technology that automates processes and/or supports the sales organization. Sales Integrity will then make recommendations for initiatives to improve the sales organization's people, processes and technology. The output of this engagement is a Strategic Sales Roadmap with a 2 Year Plan to implement all recommended initiatives contained within the Roadmap.

Interim or Fractional Sales Management
Sales Integrity recognizes that many small businesses can't afford to hire a full-time Vice President of Sales while at the same time larger sales organizations sometimes lose their full-time Vice President of Sales. To address these issues Sales Integrity can provide outsourced Sales Management services on an interim or fractional basis. This can either be an ongoing monthly solution in the case of fractional sales management or can be a temporary solution while the search for a full-time Vice President of Sales is being conducted in the case of the interim sales management solution.
